Rabbi David Katz on his book, “The World of the Ger”

Rabbi Katz is currently a lecturer in Tzfat while being a dedicated father and passionate Noahide influence to various worldwide communities. Rabbi Katz has lived in Tzfat for nearly 15 years after having made Aliyah from Cleveland Ohio where he began his studies in a Telshe Yeshiva Kollel. Rabbi Katz has been steadily based and is easily accessible in the Old City of Tzfat area, offering his expertise in Noahide contemporary issues of all sorts; he currently holds two smichas (rabbinical ordinations), in Hilchos Shabbos, notably under HaRav Zalman Nechemia Goldberg Shlita of Yerushalayim.
